1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the SMMSUPER platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any clause, please do not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

We provide social media marketing (SMM) services to grow followers, likes, views and subscribers across major social platforms. We always strive for the highest quality and the fastest possible delivery.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are final once the deposit is approved and credited to your balance.
  • If an order fails or is cancelled, the amount is refunded automatically to your in-platform balance.
  • Balance cannot be withdrawn back to the original wallet after it’s been credited.
  • Balance used in completed orders is not refundable.

4. Guarantee and Refill

Services advertised with a guarantee period support the Refill feature if the count drops within the guarantee window. Drops caused by social-platform changes or account deletion are not covered.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Verify the link before submitting an order — it cannot be edited after submission.
  • Make sure the target account is public and not locked.
  • Do not use the service for illegal purposes or in violation of social platform policies.
  • Keep your account login credentials confidential.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Closure or restriction of your account by the social platform.
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control.
  • Any indirect losses arising from use of the service.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, attempts fraud, or abuses the system — without prior notice.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and do not share your data with third parties. We never ask for your social-platform passwords — only the public link is needed.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
